I am an NLP Master Practitioner and am passionate in helping people breaking through limiting beliefs, fears and help them fly again in their life!
To walk my talk I joined an expedition to Antarctica in March 08 to stretch myself to the limit and be even better in helping others do the same.
In 2010 I started doing workshops for women called Flying Solo I to help them get back in contact with their bodies, their wisdom and their menstrual cycle.

Hi Madhavi,
thanks for your comment!
I did train for months before going, but never a strenuous thing, I jogged regularly and did my best to keep my diet clean and always took plant minerals that I have been taking for over two years now and suggest to anybody I come accross!
Check www.usnaturals.net and let me know if you want to start taking them too.
I met the founder of USNaturals in 2007 and was impressed by his shape and ethics, he has been taking the minerals for over 20 years and never been sick and looks like a yougster at his age of over 70 years!
Why the Antarctic?
Well I always been fascinated by explorers and when I met Peter Bland in June 07 and found out about his trip to Antarctica to go beyond fears and liminting beliefs I felt it was the right thing to text me even more that I have already tested myself sofar!
I did five fire walks, jumped off a bridge tied up to a rope, bent two steel rods with my throat and broke the arrow twice with my throat, they are all like rituals of passage that ancient tribes used to perform to mark a passage in a person's life, but I had never tested myself with extreme weather conditions like Antarctica so I decided to push myself and see .... and then the unforseen happened and a new journedy started for me ...
My mission is to take people to a higher level of awareness in life therefore I had to test myself first and so I did ....
Love and hugs from the Antarctic Witch in London
